1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Free delivery on all orders across the UAE. No hidden charges or additional delivery fees

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

4. Delivery Time

Next-day delivery is available for most locations in the UAE. In rare cases (remote areas or unforeseen circumstances), delivery may take 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may be affected by: Public holidays, Weather conditions, Courier operational delays.

5. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. Signature or phone confirmation may be required upon delivery. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate at checkout

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or unavailability of the recipient:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery
  • Additional delays may occur
  • SHIO is not responsible for delays caused by customer-provided information

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at borilya@shiofilter.com. Include: Order number, Photos of the package and product. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS or email (subject to courier availability).

9. Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped. If you need to update your order, contact us immediately after placing it.
